T-handle and slide-bolt locks on the garage door itself, deadbolts and knob locks on the side entry door, keypad and smart locks. We repair, replace and rekey them so old keys stop working after a move or a lost key.

Locked out or stuck
Locked out of the garage, a handle that spins but will not open, a jammed lock or a broken key in it. Non-destructive entry first, with a photo ID showing the address.
Springs, cables and opener motors are garage door company work. If that is the problem, we tell you on the spot and you only pay the assessment fee.

The $35 Assessment
Every garage door job is different, so we look first and quote second.
Step 1: We come out and assess
We inspect the door, the lock and the hardware, and explain what is wrong in plain language. The assessment is $35.
Step 2: You get a quote before any work
You get the price before we touch anything. If you go ahead, the $35 is credited toward the job. If you decide not to, you only pay the $35.

We focus on locks, handles, side doors and doors that will not lock or open. If the problem is a spring, cable or opener motor, we tell you honestly that it is a job for a garage door company, and you only pay the $35 assessment.
Can you rekey my garage side door to match my house key?
Usually yes, if both locks use the same keyway, for example both Kwikset or both Schlage. We check on site, and rekeying is $45 per cylinder.
I am locked out of my garage. Can you open it?
Yes. We open garage side doors and locked garage door handles without damage whenever possible. Have a photo ID showing the address ready.
Do you install keypad or smart locks on garage side doors?
Yes. We install and set up keypad and smart locks. Labor is from $85, and the lock itself is quoted before we install it.
